We cover the complete liquid range of your cosmetic products: From highly liquid up to viscous or foaming, also products containing alcohol or solvents – all these products can be optimally handled on our proven RATIONATOR filling machines with a volume of 30 ml up to 1000 ml.

Our fully automatic servo-controlled machines for bottle handling (loading in pucks), filling and capping ensure a controlled production process at maximum degree of efficiency. The transport of bottles in our  RATILIGHT pucks allows to handle even unstable containers in a safe way. The bottle guiding area requires almost no change parts. This ensures a rapid and easy change-over.
